Deacons
In Philippians 1:1 it reads, "Paul and Timothy, servants of Christ Jesus, To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are at Philippi, with the overseers and deacons." In the organization of the local church, there is overseers (elders), deacons, and saints. This is God's pattern for the church.
